G-Series Gaming Keyboards

Hello everyone!

I recently purchased a g105 keyboard and everything was fine until today. The backlight seems to stuck at highest setting and I cannot change it via brightness key on the keyboard.  Tried rebooting, using another usb port but no avail. I even tried it on two different operating systems (Windows 7 and Windows XP) but no hope. Should I RMA it or is there a fix to it?

The brightness switch is purely hardware, so if the button doesn't work, then you might have a bad or misaligned button on your keyboard.
