G-Series Gaming Keyboards

For some time now, some of my G-keys have not worked. No major hardware changes or anything. I tried the profile tester in gamepanel, but it didn't even report that I had pressed those G-keys. I updated to the new software, and nothing. All other keys work perfectly.

The keys not working are G4 G5 G6 G9 G12 G16

Any help would be appreciated!

might be a hardware problem due to age.  there's no particular software reason I can think of for some G-keys to stop working while others are fine.
