G-Series Gaming Keyboards

The Gaming Mode switch is set to windows (computer symbol.)  The shortcut key works but both the start keys do not.  Anyone else had this issue?  HP xw6400 running Vista Ultimate.

Very weird. Can you test on a different PC?

Plugged it into an xw4200 on XP Pro; worked like a champ.  Plugged it back in; now it works, crazy considering I rebooted the xw6400 before trying it on another machine.  I'm having the same problem with a G15 at home, I'll have to try unplugging it.

G15 is working now as well.  I'm going to steal your "computer voodoo" line for use at work.
