G110 G Keys not responding

Hello all, I need a little help.
I have a G110. Up until a week ago, my G Keys worked just fine. They stopped working. I called, we tested them in note pad, tested them in games, nothing.
Graciously, Logitech sent a second Keyboard.
I got it today. The G keys do not work.
I installed the drivers from the CD and the website. No change. I did have the old software from my older G15, and the new software both are on there. I closed out the older software, and just have the newer software running.
I am using Windows 7 x64. I tried several USB ports, no difference.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Did you try running Logitech Gaming Software (Current) as administrator ?http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/How-do
You could also try removing Logitech Gaming Software (Current) and installing GamePanel Software (Legacy) . I suspect a permissions as the cause of your issue, possibly security software.
