Hello,
After searching the existing posts I was unable to find an answer to my specifc question. The G110 volume roller controls my Windows master volume; is there any way to change that, i.e. bind it to a single program? Specifically I'd like to restrict the roller to Windows Media Player and leave the System volume alone.
Maybe that isn't possible but it would be nice if it is.
Thanks.

the volume roller is treated by Windows as 2 regular keyboard keys: 'volume up' and 'volume down'. what Windows decides to do in response to seeing those keys pressed is outside of the control of Logitech's software (notably, the G-series keyboard software is totally uninvolved with the regular keyboard keys -- those keys are sent directly to Windows without being handled by any Logitech software or drivers at all, which is why those keys will work even if you haven't installed the software).
there might be third-party software out there that does what you are asking, although I don't know of any off the top of my head. any such software would do this for the volume control on a wide variety of keyboards (not just Logitech's).

I do not work for Logitech. I'm just a user.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
That's a bit disappointing but I was afraid it could be the case. It seems both of my wishes for the G110 (this and use of the headset controls with a USB headset) are in Microsoft's hands (*cringe*).
Oh well. Windows 8, maybe? One can hope.
