here is my single player config for COD WAW.     NOTE in single player  BETTY and RIFLE GRENADE are 2 separate buttons as you can have both in zombie mode.   Cant have both in multiplayer thats why there they share the same button.

Edit.  recently i found i liked switching Q and 1   also   E and V.    Makes it easier to lean around corners with fingers always on them

moving with the stick in Dpad mode.

Resident Evil 5 .  ive just started playing and this is what i have come up with sofar.

heres what im using for wolfenstein.  but i cant really get into the game and havent gotten far. there might be some missing keys or better layout with better skills and guns.

Now with moar hightlighting! 

This is what I would use for most MMOs. Joystick assigned to wasd and jump. Clicky Buttons assigned to change target + interact. 

Note: I use a polling script that allows me to change mstate by clicking and holding a generic mouse button. Very handy.
