First off, Kudos to you!!!
I came to your G13 game profile posting when I was doing research for G13 gaming board. My main research was to see how people are using G13 for FPS games and it was interesting to see how analog sticks are being used as movement for FPS games.
I love to get this keyboard but I would like to ask you some questions if possible. (I googled and searched on youtube for these questions but most things I found were analog stick support requests/issues from a year ago or unpackaging videos of G13 only)
I would really appreciate your answers for these if you are able,
1) Is movement actually being registered as an analog stick movement just like xbox360 controls OR as d-pad implementation of WASD (up, down, lef, right & combination of them)? In other words, is analog stick fully enabled and supported for recent FPS games? The forum posts are very confusing as they have comments from 2009 - mostly complaints... I don't see any new threads about how successful analog support is so I would like some clear understanding of this issue.
2) I like COD WaW setup you have there. (I'm little confused about "NOTE about the LABELS!!!!!!!" section of your post... maybe that's because I don't own the product yet or I'm just dumb)
Your setup for Sprint/Shift key is same same default setup of COD for console - Push thumb stick down for sprint. I'm happy to see that this is possible with G13. When doing this, does it feel natural with G13 like console control?
3) Finally your thoughts on analog stick. I see many complaints about the size of thumb stick. There are some mod suggestions out there and someone even recommended using rubber thumb for better grip. LOL
As a former console gamer who is very new to PC gaming world, my wrist hurts like hell adjusting to keyboard and mouse. I already gave up playing games on my comfortable couch... Stuff like G13 is a good news for someone like me and I hope to use your uploaded control profiles in the future
Thanks alot.

hey, thanks.
to get right to this.... #1 support varries... most FPS games no, very few yes. it is supported in HAWX flight combat which is really nice (look at its profile and how the stick is asigned ( says analog ) so the games you see here are all mostly in digital mode. analog is used where possible. However the digital mode does do 8 axis (which is great for movement but not good at *flick stick* actions as sometimes you activate 2 things instead of 1). one game i came across (forget which one) would work with an analog controler OR a keyboard and mouse NOT both so had issue there... and as a side note until a few months ago there was actually no analog option in the logitech drivers, digital only.
#2 takes a while to get it worked in (can be stiff) but yes... however i have never owned an XBOX or PS3 had a PS2 but didnt play it much....

Thank you so much. I bought G13 this morning and played MW2 and Bioshock2 utilizing those profiles you setup.
I think I spend about 2-3 hours trial and error... I'm getting used to new key layout + stick movement as WASD.
It's great and I think I will keep using stick as movement. (I'm quite happy with stick quality however you are right about stiff stick press...LOL)
Thanks again and please keep posting good layouts for upcoming game titles. Maybe I will contribute in the future as well ![]()

ON FOOT
In Vehicle / In Plane Note for setup: for in vehicle IN GAME you must set ACCELERATE to joystick forward.(just setting forward will do brake/reverse too although it doesnt appear that way in the key config in game). You dont really need this for cars and tanks BUT in a plane you NEED joystick AND WASD to fly well.
there is now a download link so you can download my exported Custom Profiles from

Just to let you know you have an underscore(_) on the end of the file extension for this file so people won't be able to import it unless they delete it. Probably just be easier if you did it on your end for most people.
