G-Series Gaming Keyboards

recently got the g15 gaming keyboard, and plugged it in, installed everything, update it to the most current version

yet the lcd is just a white screen, no logo, no info, not even for world of warcraft

also can't get the top 5 buttons below the screen to work

i also can't get the media buttons to work with winamp, only the volume control
