G-Series Gaming Keyboards

I am experiencing an issue with my Logitech G15 (Y-UW92). I think G3 key is stuck and windows search (G3 key is linked with F3) opens just after I closed window.

I disassembled keyboard but couldn't found anything wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello uTK,

Restore the default settings on the gaming software. Just click on default profile and set all G-keys to default. If the problem still persists, reinstall the latest gaming software.

Nothing changed.

1- I uninstalled and re-installed Logitech Gaming Software 8.30.86. I don't think that this is a driver problem. Because it happens while installing Windows on a formatted PC.

2- I tried connecting keyboard to another PC but the result is the same.

3- I opened keyboard but found nothing. Everything seems OK.

Only G3 key keeps hitting itself continuously.
