G-Series Gaming Keyboards

I acquired my G15 keyboard (orange) a few days ago. It worked the first day. it stopped working the next day.

The keys aren't working. Only G1-G6, macro keys, and LCD buttons are, and just in windows. BIOS doesn't even detect the keyboard.

I've looked in windows device manage (devices by connection):

...

   - USB Root Hub

      - Generic USB hub

         - USB Human Interface Device

            - HID-compliant device

            - HID-compliant device (it was 'HID keyboard device' before, tried many things i'd found on the internet, to no avail)

         - Unknown Device

The problem must be the Unknown Device. Looking over the internet I found that the Unknown Device should be 'USB Composite Device' and I tried forcing windows to install those kind of drivers into the unknown device. Didn't work.

Tried the keyboard on other PCs, not working either.

What should I do?

i asked this same question a few weeks back and got no responces, although mine jsut happends all of a sudden.
