G-Series Gaming Keyboards

G15 Keyboard detects with no problems in windows.  Have tried multiple USB ports.  Lights still work, insalled Gaming software, M keys still working but rest of keyboard is non responsive.  LCD works 100% and profiles all working. 

Please help!!!!

Hi, I'm having the same problem. My keyboard's keys will randomly stop working. The only way for them to com back on if I restart my computer. Anyone have any solutions or is it time for a new keyboard?

Same issue, I have to unplug mine and then reconnect it and it starts working again.

Happened twice now and thats once too often.

I am using a MSI 990FXA-GD80 Motherboard with the latest AMD Drivers.

Same problem.  Relatively new PC, Win7, latest drivers, latest updates. everything else working fine.  Logitech software quits randomly after around a day of use. Keyboard basics work, just not the special keys (like the G-Keys, for example). Restarting computer fixes.  Reinstalled logitech software multiple times.

Really frustrating that logitech sofware is, and always has been, so buggy.  Has been for years with various computers (mac & PC) and a bunch of different logitech peripherals.

Has anyone found a fix to this issue. its driving me nuts. my keys will randomly stop working. then will start again. I've cleaned the keyboard. tried different usb ports. installed/uninstalled/installed drivders over and over. my I key and 3 and 4 keys as well as left shift key at times. right now its working fine but in about 10 min or so i will have to hold down the buttons mentioned above for 10 to 60 seconds for it to work again. i've tried it in a different computer and it seems to work fine. any suggestions?

Nice support, Logitech!  I also have this problem, but I'm reluctant to post because you don't seem to care.  I've tried attaching the keyboard to multiple computers--same problem.  This happened when I held the power button on my computer, the keys haven't worked since.
