I have been using my G15 with some MMOs for a long time now, recently I upgraded the Software to version 8.2 for Windows 7 64bit. Now keys mapped to the "text block" function will not pass to the game. They will pass to a text editor, but not to the game client.
I read some folks with similar problems correcting it by adding delays between gey presses, for some reason that does not seem to help with the game client. It is very odd. I would just downgrade to 7.0 since that worked fine, but there are some features in 8 that I would like to use. Also would like Logitech to identify and correct the issue. =)
Anyone else have or had this problem and better yet, have a fix?

Try playing with the unicode output setting too.

I have tried that. It passes the string to other applications, but not to the game client

Most MMO's will not take instantaneous input. It is usually required that you add a delay between key presses, and an even longer one to enter chat mode. Try adding a delay between key presses.
