G-Series Gaming Keyboards

Hello, i know a G-15 V2 keyboard and i have a problem specificly while playing World Of Warcraft. Over the last few weeks ill be doing various activiities nad suddenely my keyboard buttons (the qwerty and other funtion buttons) stop working while the keyboard specific buttons such as the volume control and LCD screen continute to respond. Has anyone figured out a way to fix this problem becuase restarting my computer to basicly put a bandaid over this is getting a little bit annoying. Thanks in advance for your help

I am also experiencing this keyboard problem. If this issue is not addressed/remedied soon, I shall return this otherwise excellent keyboard. I spent over $100 dollars for a frustrating piece of equipment.

how does the keys start working again?  reboot?  randomly? can you give some more info?

it may be broken and in need to call logitech for a replacement

It only starts to work again after I restart my computer only. I thought the problem was solved when I resinstall the logitech drivers and lcd manager, but it started again today.

Just give up, they obviously didnt test this unit enough to get the bugs out, they are letting their customers do that. And for all the problems I see in this forum, their response is silence. I finally just took mine back to retailer and got a different keyboard.

well you are the only 2 people with this problem.  you probably have a defective unit. it happens.

call logitech for a replacement.  dont get pissed off.  anything that is mass produced can be defective out the box.

its not logitechs fault its chinas lol KIDDING......

My apologies, when I looked there were 8 threads with G15 issues, and a host of G series keyboard issues and thats only the folks who took the time to seek answers as to why this otherwise nice keyboard wasn't working. I wonder how many just returned the keyboards. The nearest retailor for your product is 1 1/2 hour drive away from me and as a disabled Vet, the 3 hour round trip is considerably painful. Not to mention that I was already over $100.00 into the keyboard, before the additional trip (180 miles) at todays current gas prices upped the ante. No way I was going to take the chance of grabbing another faulty rig and have to rinse & repeat. Thanks Trusello, for responding, had it been a bit more timely, I might have remained a customer. I recognize thats not your fault personally, as Logitech undoubtedly has your plate filled to capacity, if the complaints on this forum are any indication. I am no longer pissed off either, as my new keyboard from Saitek is performing admirably.

if you call logitech to replace instead of driving you can do it through mail instead of driving...
