G15 keys glitching

Hi! I have a g15 (Y-uw92) that is giving me problems. I wanted to email customer service, but the sticker on the bottom that would have the required numbers has worn away so it won't let me. I got it secondhand, so I cant do anything about that. So here's the deal:

When I press 's', both 's' and f10 are registered.

When I press 'n', both 'n' and f3 are registered.

When I press 'm', both 'm' and numpad 5 are registered.

When I press '0', both '0' and '/' are registered.

I tested these with a keyboard analyser, and is seems these pairs are shorted together somehow. Its not on warentee and I'm a bit handy, so I looked inside and none of the traces look damaged. I also tried installing the legacy software (I saw someone suggest this in annother thread about glitching keys) and that didnt work. Changing usb ports didn't work either. Anything else I can try?

Re: G15 keys glitching

Well first of all rule out software issues completely by connecting it to any other computer and testing there, without installing the software.

If it happens on another computer, then it's definitely a hardware problem (unsurprising) and I'm afraid I see no solution other than to open it up, look harder for the problem and fix it. Sorry :/
