Hi there!
I have the keyborad in object and installed the latest Logitech Gaming software v8.01.120 under 7 Home Premium 64bit.
Here is my problem: when I wake up the pc from suspension state (taht can happen several times in a day), the LCD screen of my G19 remains black and no app functions. To get it back to work, I have to unplug and plug in again the USB cable of the keyboard and/or kill LCORE.EXE form Task Manager and start it over again.
This happens with my actual motherboard (Asus Crosshair V Formula) as well as with my old one (Gigabyte 890FX), and with all versions of Logitech Gaming software.
NOTE (don't know if it's relevant): I also use Logitech Performance MX mouse with the wireless USB receiver plugged into the G19's USB port.
Thanks so much!
Ciao!
Baio

Hi Baio,
I'd like you to try making sure that the keyboard power management is not set to “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power“ you can check this by finding the entry for the keyboard in your device manager -> right click -> properties ->power management tab -> uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power“ then click OK. Now try putting the computer into a suspension state and see if the keyboard and LCD are functioning upon resume.

Thanks for your replay.
I surfed into Device Manager tabs and found several entries related to the G19 keyboard:

but no one had the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" checked, most have that option ghosted.

Hi Baio,
Thank you for attempting those steps. We have done some further testing on the g19 and unfortunately this appears to be a problem that occurs only if the computer goes into sleep mode. The only way to remedy this is by either relaunching the app afterward or closing it prior to sleep mode and relaunching afterward.

Well, that's a real pity...
hope it will be fixed in the next release of Logitech Gaming Software...
