G-Series Gaming Keyboards

I'm not sure what is happening but the keyboard just turns red and the lcd screen shuts off. It turns back on like normal if I unplug it from the wall and plug it back in though. What could be the cause for it?

Hello Acquanw,

Try the keyboard on a different power source outlet. If you get the same results, try the keyboard on different USB ports of the computer.
