G-Series Gaming Keyboards

Just opened my g19 for my b'day this morning but im having problems already.

Excuse me for not knowing the correct terms for keys but I'll try....

The one im having problems with is the 'cog' next to the LCD screen, everytime i push it it cycles through very fast, as if its on repeat or something.

Plus the up arrow seems to change options rather than just move up... if you understand what i mean..

Im on Vista 64 and am using keyboard software - 3.03.133

the "direction keys" are not very reliable.

i could exchange my keyboard - you should try too!

ask your dealer!

Hint: take a notebook with you - Logitech Software installed - to check the keyboard in the shop!

I might of sorted it!

Removed all logi software and installed the newest 'software package' off this site.

Now the keyboard all works fine, just my g930 headset software isnt working!
