I can't get my G19 movie player to play any of the divx or xvid encoded .avi files I have (which play fine in windows media player) or any of the 100s od mp4 encoded movies I have (ripped for iphone viewing). I have reinstalled my trusty codec packs after the G19 software install and still no dice... how can I get this working? I was really looking forward to using the LCD for watching movies while I have my main screen for work.

Try CCCP as your *only* codec pack, or use VLC as your media player with Okio's video output module.
Wipe them out, 93% of them!

Well... I finally installed windows 7 64bit and now I can't get any mp4 files to play on my G19 movie viewer... I have tried the cccp, k-lite codec pack 64bit and a few other things.. just get the message about codecs missing... maybe I need to install something in administrator mode or something? any ideas?

I guess I will have to go that route? it's not as convenient.. hmmm.. this should work.. it worked fine with XP.. it's like the G19 software has some broken association... I am too tired to work more on it tonight... I'll hack at it again later.. thanks for the speedly reply also.

FIXT! I uninstalled cccp and installed Shark007 win7 codec pack and under the mp4 tab, I forced mp4 playback to use "Haali splitter" and bingo, it worked. whew.

well... it's not fixed... after one reboot it's back to saying codecs are missing.. wth?? *sigh* I mean, the codecs are there... why the movie player can't find them suddenly is frustrating..
