G-Series Gaming Keyboards

it is now 10 months since the last message to this problem.

i was having no problems at all with my G19 until a few weeks ago when i installed the 820 drivers onto my x64 system, the previous drivers i used was the 812.

when this happens .... all the most of the keys will stop responding and nothing will happen however the LCD screen still continues to operate and i can use the buttons to the left of the screen to choose the clock, Media player or performance monitor to view on the LCD.

i have to take the USB out and plug it back in for the keyboard to work again.
