After installing the latest drivers (I shouldn't have done that) I noticed that G19 randomly stops working and I have to replug it (had to replug 3 times in the last few hours) and yea, that is super annoying...(word filter evasion)...

Cellphone? Lol, there's no cell phone close enough to the **bleep**ty G19.
I am still annoyed because this keep happening like, everyday at least. I'll try installing the lagacy drivers, I think it'll solve the problem. Screw you Logitech

I have a similar problem it has nothing to do with any type of pone my keyboard is at the other end of the house when it happens
my g19 will stop responding to any button I press apart from turing the lights on and off some times i will disconnect then reconnect by its self at times. It some times it happens on start up other times it can happen in the middle of using it at random times. The only way I can get it working again is to unplug it and plug it back in. It some times when I unplug it the keyboard thinks its still plugged in it will show the stats that were there when I was playing the game this has been going on for some time now and they gave me this to replace the g15 I had that had it's keys stop working one day the g19 has been doing it a few weeks after they sent it to me any help would be grate

Hello 5t3v3,
When you say that you need to unplug the g19 and plug it back in , do you mean the USB plug or the ac adaptor ? A few suggestions : Move the ac adaptor to a different outlet not a power bar and also move USB plug to a different port directly into the computer , disable an external USB hub if you are using one . If these do not resolve the issue check system resources in resource monitor/ task manager ( the name for this will depend on your operating system version) . If none of these things resolve the issue contact costumer care for your region to discus possible options.

the g19 has a problem with Windows 7 64 bit and x58 motherboards with 790i
and it causes the exact problem you describe
See this thread here, they know about it and cant fix it.

Mine just died to, I didn't do anything with the drivers tho. Was playting Rift, got up to get a drink and came back to a white LCD, no backlight, and non working keys. reset the PC, and the keyboard fuction came back but no backlight on the keys, or LCD. shut down the PC again, removed the power block from the wall, and removed the keyboard from the PC, re-plugged in the power, plugged in the keyboard in to the PC in adifferent USB port and no change. This keyboard has been 1 PITA since the day i got it, and come to find out, its about 4 or 5 days out of warrenty. I dont think im going to buy another Logitech keyboard again ![]()

Hello Si Cwan,
Sorry that you are have an issue with your G19 . No LCD and no backlight on the keys sounds like a problem with the ac adaptor . Is the power supply plugged directly into the wall outlet or into a power bar ? Try plugging it into a wall outlet , if this does not help please contact your regions customer care for a replacement ac adaptor .
