I bought a G19 today and the youtube app doesnt load all vids. only like 5% of the vids work. it shows 00:00 / 00:00 and IF it works its not smooth, low frames per second. Ive searched the forums but i couldnt find any fix, id really like to fix this as this is a very usefull app for me. Im running windows7 ultimate 64-bit and i do have flash player installed. also i download the CCCP codec pack.

Hi richiexd,

Please try playing the videos from a different web browser. If the issue remains, please try downloading our Legacy Gaming Software.

In order for the software to properly install, please make sure the previous version is uninstalled first.

I remember i did not uninstall the software that came on cd when i installed the new legacy gaming software.

but i uninstalled what i had now and installed it again and it still doesnt work.

Still loading only 5% of the vids and having a low framerate

Please try playing different videos, as YouTube has made some changes to their policy that doesn't allow certain videos to be viewed on anything other than the primary screen.

I once got a message on the LCD that says the author wants it only on the youtube site itself, but i dont get these messages on other vids that dont work. And its almost all the videos that dont work, and IF one works it is a bit laggy, while my CPU% is not that high or something. And ive seen on videos that it shouldn't lag like mine does.

We could try going into clean boot mode to eliminate possible background/application interference. Also, if it's possible, please try the G19 on a second computer to see if the issue remains.

tried that but nothing, i dont know if other people can play many youtube videos, i can play several vids and a bit laggy. watching videos from my own pc is not laggy. But my other problem is: I can't play mp4 vids, says i need some kind of codec, when i convert them to .avi or .wmv i can play them. While I can live with the youtube problem ( any suggestion of a fix is ofcourse welcome ), the mp4 problem is a bit annoying, i have many tutorial vids that id like to play on the LCD. Does anyone know a fix?

I would just like to also add my support as I am also having this exact same issue, please somebody give us a solution...

I've figured out that videos longer than 5 minutes will not be loaded. The problem is most definately caused by the youtube app itself which should have been fixed by Logitech...
