G510 Hang..LGS No Device Detected..Just Buyed And Use 3 Days

I just buy G510 Keyboard...and today i on my pc as usual...the keyboard just blue light...and the key dont works...in windows also...the LGS also..no device detected....the lcd nothing....so totally means the keyboad not function....pls help...i jsut buyed this keyboard 3 days ago...before this...everything works fine.....

come on...give me some idea....i have attack 3 logitech...mk mice logitech...xbox 360 controoler logitech..now the keyboard g510 give headache...and dont let me throw away......wasting my money..so hard for me to buy the keyboard....and the shop i buyed cheated me...he said i dont have any resit cant claim for warranty......i just buy online...www.lelong.com.my

Hello zari38dm,

 

If you are using an external USB hub please disable it for trouble shooting. Try your G510 in a different USB port. If possible, please try your keyboard on a different computer to determine if you have a hard ware issue.
