Let's face it, the G510 has problems when Windows 7 boots up. For some people it doesn't turn on, for others it flickers with power, and then for some it just hangs on detection when the BIOS starts. I hope this is a new problem that I'm having, I had no success finding a solution on the forums.
Currently I have a machine running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with all the latest drivers for the Logitech G510 Keyboard (if it matters I downloaded and installed both the official driver and the legacy driver from the Logitech Support/Drivers site) Currently, when I boot up my machine, two keyboards are detected while USB controllers are being initialized. The keyboard will then randomly die at the boot logger screen(if it does I unplug it and re plug it in, it works after doing that about 25% of the time, the other times it either does nothing or fires off one of the arrow keys permanently) then if I manage to make it past there when the Windows start up screen pops up, it hangs there until I restart my computer (I've let this go for up to an hour).
If I plug in a legacy style keyboard, 1 keyboard is detected on boot, boot logger always detects my keyboard, windows starts up immediately.
If anyone that can help needs more information I'd be happy to post it, I'd love to get a reply, its very annoying to unplug my keyboard every time I want to boot up my computer.
Thank you

my motherboard had a lot of trouble recognizing my keyboard during bootup until I unplugged my headset from the keyboard. after that it worked fine. do you have a headset plugged into your G510?

I do not work for Logitech. I'm just a user.
