G510 LCD problems

So I just got a new G510. And I have a feeling I have a faulty LCD screen. It seems like pixels are missing or mushed together. I'm thinking it may be a defective LCD. Maybe needs replacing? For instance, In wow.. it looks like this

Does the LCD screen look normal when other apps are running on it?
