G-Series Gaming Keyboards

Everything works on the keyboard but the LCD screen. It was displaying G510 before I installed the software, but when it finishes it just goes blank and does nothing else.

Windows 7 64bit

Just tried it on my laptop. Same thing.

Does the keyboard store the profiles or is it saved on the computer?

Hello Aidedonslaught,

Please try your G510 on a different system if possible . Do you use an external USB hub, dock  or pass through device ? Please disable them for trouble shooting.  The G510 does not store profiles on the keyboard.

  * I was able to recreate this when no apps were checked to run in the LCD manager.

What software are you installing? Are you downloading the latest LGS 8.20 from our website?

Yes, I've done all of that. I also found a person on the forum with the same problem. They were told to RMA the device with who they bought it from. I'm taking it to UPS now. Thanks for the help.
