G-Series Gaming Keyboards

I have a G510 keyboard. The main keyboard works fine, but my in game macros do not work at all.  I have the profile set up and linked and all that fun stuff, but the macros stopped working.  

My Norton Antivirus recently updated, so I suspect that is the root of my problem.  Any suggestions on what the conflict is?  Do I need to give my keyboard some kind of permission to run macros?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello freshmeat0000,

If the macros stopped working after a software update on your computer, you might need to reinstall the gaming software or download and install the latest software version from the Logitech website.
