Hello,
When I plug in my headphones and my mic the software doesn't recognize it so I can't get to the sound settings. I can hear sound and people can hear me perfectly fine although I want to change some settings with the sound and I have heard that you can do that in Logitechs software, why can't I? I have separate headphones and mic if that matters?
Thanks

I don't think you set anything in Logitech's software, you do it in the regular Windows control panel. When you open up the audio control panel it should have a dropdown box somewhere listing all your sound cards, make sure you choose the USB audio one.

I do not work for Logitech. I'm just a user.

So there's no equalizer or noise reduction options? Because I can't chose that in the control panel. Seems kinda wierd if they implement a sound card but with no settings for it....

it's very basic, good for voice chat and that's about it I think. I don't use the headphone jacks on my own G510; I just plug my headset into my sound card instead.
