My g510 keyboard does not work while the computer is turning on. It works fine after the computer is booted but I can not access bios or Safe Mode.

make sure "legacy USB" is enabled in your BIOS (you may need to use a PS/2 keyboard to set this).  if your system doesn't have any PS/2 ports then it probably won't have this BIOS option either.

also, if you have a headset plugged into the keyboard, unplug it then reboot.
