G-Series Gaming Keyboards

I am running Windows 7 64 bit professional and I cannot get the key profiler to launch anymore.

I origionally installed the software and then plugged in the G19 followed by the G13.  All of the software worked except that the LDC manager and the Key Profiler did not recognize the G19 but they both did recognize the G13.  I uninstalled the software unplugged both devices and rebooted.  I then reinstalled the software and installed the G19 only.  Everything worked fine except the Key profiler would not launch at all not even when I tried to run it in administrator mode.  Finally plugged in the G13 and the LCD manager is happy but I still cannot launch the Key Profiler.  Suggestions would be helpful.  Thanks

Never mind.  Now it suddenly works fine and it actually lets me program both devices.  Not sure what happened but I think the application was running in the system tray and it had problems.  When I killed and and restarted it then it started working correctly.

hello im having this problem as well but i only have the g13. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. im using the newest driver off the page. any help?

I am also having this problem...it appears that the LG Core software is runnig, but I cannot access it, and as such, cannot get any software to recognize the keypad...
