Any update on this? I've got a few hundred dollars worth of Logitech gear on my desk that I really enjoy, and a buggy piece of software that might as well include a link to razer's site when it launches.
To get the plugins to work on Win. 7 x64, I had to set them all to run as admin. After I did this, the LGS 8.2 stopped auto-starting with Windows.
A simple update would go a long way here, even if that update was to let us know that you have no intention of fixing these bugs.

I can't seem to download the current LGS for Win 7, from either the G510 or G13 pages using IE 9.
It works in Opera 11.6

I made this account to post about the Windows sleeping bug.
PLEASE fix this, it's super annoying. Unrelated, Fraps doesn't always detect even though it's running and its checkbox is checked for the application.
These keyboards have been out for how long now?

Run IE9 in compatibility mode and you'll be able to download.

Not working with my G13, tried uninstalling and reinstalling numberous times, rebooting, etc. 3.06 works, but doesn't support lua scripting which I need.
Lcore.exe in task manager shows 25% CPU usage, but G13 is unresponsive, just says "G13" on the LCD, and I can't bring the software interface up.

i can't get the dang thing to work no matter what i do. why is logitech leaving it up to the consumer to try and figure out their code problems. seriously, if there was a competitive product, for my g 15 and 510, i wouldn't give logitech another dime.
i got my c++ errors fixed, but now the panel doesn't even show up. this is getting old fast.
oops. spoke too soon. tried again cleaning out folders, dll's, registry, etc. now back to c++ runtime error. i installed 2005, 2008 and 2010!

Check out the Corsair Vengeance K90 keyboard- at least they seem to care about (potential) customers- I wrote their tech support guys with a question and got an answer the very next day! Methinks Logitech has just gotten too big to care about what is to them a small and unimportant part of their customer base. Corsair makes some really nice gaming mice too. I think after this experience w/ LGS 8.20 and the G13/G19 I have made my last Logitech purchase. Seeya, guys!

I seriously cannot believe there has been no further official word or update on the C++ runtime errors bug. They said they cannot reproduce it properly, but when you look at all the posts on this forum with runtime error bugs I'm amazed that they haven't been able to reproduce and fix it. This is clearly not a random isolated bug that only affects a few people. I have tried every possible solution posted for the runtime bug and have never once been able to resolve it. It sure would be good to have an official update on this problem.
