G-Series Gaming Keyboards

Hi...i have been using the G15 gaming keyboard V1 for bout 1+ years now. Last night, when i wanna turn off the illuminated keys by pressing the light bulb button, i found that my LCD apps switched (depends on the number of times you press on the light bulb button), just as what happens if we press the LCD app switching button below the LCD screen.

could it be some shorts or what? It suddenly became like this and i have totally no idea what happened. I am not a very harsh person when it comes to using my beloved hardwares. sob...

Is there anything that can be done?

This is more of a user-to-user forum. In fact I should be only just barely moderating and directing the contacts, but I don't have enough "power users" here yet to let it grow on it's own. That being said, I would try emailing support if you believe you have a distinct hardware failure.
