Happy Holidays guys and gals

I been a loyal customer to logitech and i love their products and want to wish them them best with their amazing products.
I'm Floyd by the way, i am somewhat new here i believe i posted here in the past.

Okay here is my problem, i got this for myself as an early christmas present and so i have to reinstall the software everytime i restart my computer, because i cannot play my windows media player from my G19, its blank or sometimes its not even there Windows Sideshow (color) doesnt even show up half the time, i dont know whats wrong and i love this keyboard so much wish i would of got it when it first came out. Any of you guys have this problem?
