G-Series Gaming Keyboards

Just a quick question, do these two keyboards run when you plug them into the PS/2 ports? THey only seem to work when I plug them into USB.

Not much of a computer guru, but I guess you can't poewr the backlit keys if you plug them into a  PS/2 port like you do USB?

Hi.

First of all you should use the G19 keyboard with the USB. 

As to your question the G19 is powered with a power supply, this powers the Backlight, LCD and USB2 ports on the G19.

As far as I know this keyboard is not compatible with a PS/2 adapter, though the QWERTY area on the G19 may work, but I know you will not have the LCD, Backlight (changeable feature) or the G<keys> available.

My advice is to use the USB without a PS/2 adapter if you are able, if you absolutely must use PS/2 then I would advise you to NOT buy the G19 and just get a standard QWERTY keyboard.

Thanks mate. I already got both, I was just wondering why it wasn't working. I was just trying to save more room and use up USB ports more efficiently.
