Logitech G510 Microphone buzzing

Hey!

I really need help with my Logitech G510 mic output.

My friends constantly hearing a buzzing from my microphone, so i decided to look after what the prolbem is.

i'm using a Ace EDGE SX500 headset.

i have tried to unplug the headset several times, didn't work, still buzzing.

i have tried switching usb port, didn't work either.Restart computer, didn't either work.

I also tried using a different headset, not working.

Than i tried to unplug my headset and plug it in to the motherboard mic output, then it finnaly worked, but it dosen't work so well that's why i used the mic output from the keyboard because it was 5 times better than my motherboard output.

Re: Logitech G510 Microphone buzzing

Hi nightdagger,

It looks like you've tried a lot of good troubleshooting steps. Since more then one headset has the problem with the microphone input on your keyboard, and your headset works when plugged into the motherboard, it sounds like the keyboard may have a defective input.

You should contact customer service in your region for assistance.
