I have a G15 that I use at work to help me code. I just got some new monitors at work that are 24" ELO touchscreens, When the monitors are unplugged from the system I can launch and use the Gaming software just fine, but as soon as I plug in either monitor to the system, the software crashes, and will not reopen. Anyone have anythoughts on how I could resolve this issue?
Logitech Gaming Software 8.20
Logitech G15(original )
ELO 2420L monitors
Elo TouchSystems Multi-touch Driver 3.0.2

just a quick update. I tried it with LGS 8.12 and it crashed as well. 8.20 would at least get to a point that it would update the time on the display, and then crash. 8.12 doesn't apear to make it that far. Also there is no information given as to why it crahsed, just a generic message asking you to restart the program.

Hello wabash9000,
This is a perfect example of a driver conflict
Please try GamePanel Software (Legacy)

You could check your event logs for a description of the crash.

installing the legacy version worked. The event logs contained no information that would be considered worthwhile. Just a time stamp and a message asking me to contact the application's support team.

You know, you can also try running LGS 8.20, but uncheck "enable enhanced graphics" in the settings window, restart, then try it with those monitors again.

I think your new monitor not compatible with the Logitech G15 or may be you need some upgradtion in your system. It is better to contact Logitec customer care for proper solution of these problem.
