This is extremely annoying, whenever I'm playing certain games, I believe it has something to do with the keys you press and the time maybe, like when I play Maplestory, the keyboard stops working and it just keeps repeating the last key pressed, for example "E".

It will just keep typing "eeeeeee" and none of the keys work except some of the top ones like the volume wheel, mute button, etc.

I've tried reinstalling the drivers for the keyboard multiple times, and to fix the problem is a restart of the computer, or for me, plugging it out and plugging it into  a different usb port which is a pain in the butt either way...

I've also tried killing the logitech processes when it occurs, and running it again but it still continues to happen.


I am sure that this is not a problem with my keyboard specifically, as it usually occurs in certain situations and DOZENS of other people have reported this problem too!

Jup same problem here. And whit the same keybord. It allways happen when i play star wars: The old republic. I mostly end up running into a wall and not being abel to do anyting about it. Unplugin it and then replugin the keybord in a different usb input won't work. The only way to fix it seems to be by restarting the compiuter. Maby there is another way but im to lazy and iritated to invastigate it. Logitech i payed for this f.ucking keybord so help us now ffs. Don't be as s.hity as the costumer support at Microsoft. ಠ_ಠ

I am having the same exact problem, and my keyboard is brand new. It does not seem to like Maplestory very much, and when your at a boss, or Dojo ranked mode, not a good time to lose your keyboard.

I am going to try a bunch of things today ive seen written all over the site, and see how it goes.

Ill let you guys know.

Same happens to me since today, own the keyboard since 4 days and the problems just started yesterday...

Bump, same problems here since a day... keyboard is just over 1 year old

However unplugging seems to work for me, for like a minute or 2 atleast. And sometimes it doesn't get stuck at all for hours. But for example it happened twice already while writing this text.

Just contacted Logitech Support via their Ticketsystem.

Let's see what their answer will be.

Same problem here, but I got it with Battlefield 3. I made no changes to the System in the last 4 days and everything worked for hours of gameplay. Now every 2 minutes or so it stops working and I have to reconnect it to get it to work again.

I'm almost 100% positive that this is Steam causing this issue...

When you were playing BF3, did you still have Steam running in the background?

I'm having the same problem, where the keyboard will not respond to any keys, except for the media keys or G and M keys. G keys still execute the macro they are bound to, even if this is text. I am running steam in the background, problems occur even on the desktop. The strange part is i've had this keyboard for 6 months, and steam running for way longer, yet the problem only started today. The mouse which is plugged into the keyboard (A wireless logitech v450) keeps working. Reconnecting the keyboard fixes the issue for a short while

I'm Windows 7 Ultimate x64, the motherboard is an Asus P8Z68-V Pro, and the keyboard is plugged into a USB2.0 (Regular USB2.0, not USB3.0 and not one of those fast charge ports) port on the motherboard itself. I've tried different ports but that didn't make much of a difference.

Furthermore, the issue seems to occur mostly while or shortly after pressing control or shift

Very weird this issue started just today for me aswell.

Only thing I changed since yesterday is that I installed Planetside 2, did you perhaps do that as well?

I am wondering if this issue is somehow related to Planetside or Punkbuster. Might also be Steam related but I will have to do more tests with Steam closed, but something must have changed in Steam since yesterday. I have never had issues before and I always have Steam running.

My motherboard is an Asus P8P67 Deluxe, I have tried all the USB ports on the motherboard but that does not seem to change anything.

Sometimes I can type for up to half an hour without issues othertimes it happens almost instantly.
