G-Series Gaming Keyboards

For some reason when I turned on the computer in the morning the backlighting isno longer working on my logitech g19, however all the keys work absolutely fine, plus (which is a bit odd ), the LCD screen and menu navigation functions and the M1,  M2, M3 & MR all have lighting.

What I've done thus far:

Gone into the game panel software and changed the colour.

Turned off the keyboard lights (incl. LCD screen) and back on with the button.

Reinstall the drivers.

Replug the power supply and put the USB into a different port.

Flex the keyboard.(not too hard though)

I really don't know what has happened, only had the keyboard for nearly a month. I find it odd that the LCD screen and menu buttons are still lit up while the rest of the keyboard is not.

Any advice?

control left shift and escape task manager exit all the logitech tasks (the lcd screen should go blank)

then go to start menu logitech lcd manager open it.

Also check the power lead, the little small cable can come apart from each other, if that does not work try unplugging for 30 secs even from usb.

hmm did you try changing the usb ports? is there any device plugged into the keyboard? try removing all usb deviced you wont use for now.

Nothing is plugged into the keyboard, and any USBs I don't need aren't plugged in the computer.

I have a feeling it's just a hardware fault and I'll need to return it to Logitech

=/ shame have you tried powering it off for a day and plugging the power into a diffrent socket?
