Hello,

Here is my problem...

I bought a G19 this afternoon and when plugged it on the PC i didn't have any lights and i could not control the screen at all

But the key are working correctly...

what should i do? 

I installed the software, then plugged the keyboard, the lcd pannel works with the software. 

I tried to reinstall the software and restart the system but nothing at all...

PS: using Vista 64 bits

did you use the 64 bit drivers from the internet or the OLD drivers on the CD?  

probably just broken. take back to the store if it is..

Software isn't Voodoo, it cant raise the dead.

Ok i'll do that,

I used the driver on the cd then unstalled it and installed the one on internet for vista x64

I had the exact same problem with my G19 keyboard - none of the control keys to the lcd worked and the backlight was dead. I fixed it by cycling the power to the keyboard by removing the power connector and plugging it back in while the computer was on.
