Eventually, unless you have a keyboard protector (And I've not seen one for the G510), hair, dirt, gunk, and a bunch of crap gets beneath the keys of any keyboard. Some keyboards have their keys latched, other keyboards have their keys attached snuggly onto the + bars. How does the G510 hold its keys? Just by the way it feels, it SEEMS as though its held in by friction, but, not really willing to pop keys to find out I was wrong. ![]()

to my knowledge popping keys is not supported, you must open the complete keyboard (you will find instruction for some similar keyboard types in the known forums). now this will be a warrenty issue!!! so be sure that you do this after warrenty period is over and that you are very careful!
the best protection however is to cover your keyboard when you dont use it, dont eat while you use it and position your drinks below the keyboard level and maybe play with a hat![]()
