So one afternoon after a long trip to the dentist (Got 4 wisdom teeth pulled) i came home all drugged up and managed to spill mouth wash all over my g15, i quickly took it out and managed to take it all apart , everything works fine except for the E and the F key >_< , ive cleaned every inch of it and i cant figure out whats wrong with it. Is there some kind of replacment circut board or another way to fix it, its pretty annoying when everything works except for just 2 keys, i dont want to spend another 80 or so bucks just because 2 keys dont work . Please what should i do?

Let's not RMA it if, honestly, it wasn't a warranty failure. It's especially not warrantiable if the device was openend up.

Residual water vapor sometimes takes a while to dry: up to 48 hours. Also, you might have scratched part of the keyboard matrix lines while washing it. Make sure it's been dry for 48 hours, and if the problem persists, you can check the lines and circuits of the matrix for a short or incomplete circuit, but I cannot recommend customers to open up their products.

Its been well over 2 or so weeks that it's happened, ive cleaned it out several time and the problem still is there. might just have to buy a new one i suppose , unless i can just send it in or something. is there a number i can call to double check if its possible to send it in?
