I'm not sure whether are there anyone else who have also encountered this, but this problem is very troublesome.
I've downloaded the latest driver for it:
Software Version: 8.20.74
Post Date: 12/19/2011
ISSUE: If I were to play any games for a while, one of the keys(the backspace, and its not pressed at all) would be somewhat "pressed", until I've to log off my account, shut down or restart the computer. Even when I tried to disconnect the keyboard, the problem would strangely persist, as if as the keyboard was still connected. I've reinstalled and scourged around for solutions to no avail. The time of occurence is random, but it would usually take around 20 minutes or so before it acts up.
Basically, its like something has pressed and held on the Backspace button and you can't stop it.
Without the software, the keyboard works fine but what's the point of a gaming keyboard when the macros aren't usable?
Suggestions are appreciated.

Hello UserU,
Have you tried installing the Legacy software for the Keyboard instead of LGS 8.20? I would suggest giving that a try and seeing if the problem still occurs.
You can download the Legacy software here:

Thanks for the reply, I'll try to uninstall the LGS and install the LGPS as you've mentioned.
I'll keep you updated on this matter.

Hello UserU,
Are you able to test the keyboard on a different PC? Or a different keyboard on your PC.

Yes; it also happened when I was using my old PC(Win 7 32-bit). My current PC is running on Win 7 64-bit.
Seemed like the software could be responsible, because the keyboard doesn't act up when I uninstalled the software.
