This is a question that gets asked repeatedly, so hopefully we can clear up any misconceptions about LCD support with this post.

When we announce in release notes or otherwise that we have created an LGS profile for a game, we are referring only to keystroke macro profiles - not implementation of LCD support in-game.

We do not and cannot implement LCD support in games on our own as we do not own or have access to the codebases for them. For game stats to be visible on the LCD, the developers of those games must implement the free C++ LCD SDK we include with every installation of our software. Unless they do so, the LCD will not display stats for that game.

We work diligently with as many developers as possible to implement LCD support in new titles.  Not every developer has the ability to set aside the time and engineering resources required to implement support, however, so there are some titles that don't make it.  

For game developers that do wish to implement support and need assistance, we are and have been in the past more than happy to give it. In fact, many of the games that support the LCD have had Logitech engineers on-site at the developer writing that support. Unless that support is requested, however, there's really nothing that we can do.  

Some third-party enthusiast coders have developed external programs that read data from games and display them on the LCD. Logitech does not do this in order to ensure that game developers do not become concerned that we are doing things that could facilitate cheating (reading their memory, etc) and will continue to work with us in the future.

I worked closely with that guy and it's a total bummer, but he's still doing cool stuff and we keep in contact. Though, it is correct he's no longer here

I have also faced such kind of problems in various games and it really help to solve problems of not showing Games stats on the LCD. Thanks for your information.
