G-series Gaming Mice

Hey guys,
I recently purchased a logitech G300 mouse and im trying to instal the program to let me customize it but to no avail.

Ive downloaded it and its on my desktop but when i open it nothing happens?

i got window 7 and i downloaded the x64 version, which is what i have. and i looked around yet no one had any answer so far

You may need to run the Logitech Gaming Software (Current) as administrator.

Tried it allready, the program still doesnt do anything.
