The download link is available here
This is to be used on early production G9x mice to resolve a pixel walk issue seen at higher DPIs. This can also be used to update G500 mice experiencing this same issue, but the number of G500 mice that would need this update should be extremeloy low.

CharlesB,
I ordered my G500 direct from Logitec last Thursday 9/17 and received it Monday. Great mouse!
Guess what, your flash found firmware 1.0 and updated it to 1.1. It seems the stock being sent direct from Logitech is older firmware, so FYI.

Is this new firmware update the reason why warranty replacements for the G9 are taking so long?

Undermoose - Yeah, there will be a couple of the older firmwares available at the distro: It just depends on which box they grab when it ships ![]()
IsLNdbOi- Honestly, I don't know. Unfortunately some items have taken longer to ship than others recently, and sometimes we run into low inventory at our distribution center. G9x is low on stock currently though, and that is unrelated to the firmware.

I too have a Version 1.0 G500 however im trying to update it since its version 1.0 and i can't get it to recognize in SetPoint either.
The Update Provided here, it seems to run properly and uninstall the drivers however when it gets to that point the mouse become unusable and Vista tries to install the drivers but cant find them, i've tried driecting it to the update to no avail.

Since I updated the firmware to 1.2, Windows 7 can't recognize the G500 anymore... The red light are still up but no response...
What am I supposed to do? Wait for an another firmware update?...

When I run the flashing utility, no matter if it's in 32 or 64 bit, I only see asterisks ... this is *** on the buttons and everywhere inside the program... any ideas?
