G-series Gaming Mice

 I have been having issues with the button assignments on this mouse. I play WoW. On my main toon all the keys work fine. On my alts the right front button I assign to ctrl+v, On my alts it assigns it to v, I have tried everything I can think of to solve this. I don't know why this is not working like my main toon. In the settings menu it shows ctrl+v but when I try to assign it in the game it just goes back to v. Can someone please help me with this issue.

Which mode are you running in? It's on the HOME screen.

"Automatic game detection" or "onboard" ?

I have tried both modes.. I still don't understand it. I am running without the software now because it was driving me crazy
