Hey guys,
I would like to submit a problem that I've been having just recently with this mouse. So I've had this mouse for about 4 months now and it's a great little thing, however, just last week it started to bug out when I plugged it into my laptop it had the tendecy to disconnect and then connect back, it seemed like it was constantly restarting. Now it seemingly doesn't even want to connect with my computer. It requires me to move it around in my USB port trying to find the "sweet" spot where it actually decides to work. Could it be that I have unplugged and plugged it back in too many times as I use this mouse both for my laptop and my computer and the USP plug has worn down or is there someother problem?
Thanks in advance,
andynovy

Hello andynovy,
If your G300 behaves the same on both computers it would indicate a hard ware issue. Please contact Logitech Customer Care for your region.
