Try assigning a letter on you keyboard as a keystroke assignment to the button on the mouse. For example, assign the letters X and Y on your keyboard to the + and - buttons of the G400 mouse. Then assign the letters X and Y on your keyboard to push to talk in teamspeak 3. So whenever you are pressing the + and - buttons on the G400, it will act like your pressing the letters X and Y.
