G400 USB Connectivity

I'm very disappointed with my new G400.  It won't work when plugged into a KVM switch, a powered USB hub or a USB port on the back of my computer.  It does work only when plugged in to a USB port in the front of my computer.  It also worked when I plugged it into a USB port in my Company laptop as a test.  What's this all about?

Hello Neptune48,

 

KVM switches and USB hubs are not supported by Logitech.  Click here for further information regarding USB hubs and KVM switches.  Please try a different USB port on the back of your computer.
