G-series Gaming Mice

Whenever my computer comes back from Sleep Mode, the g400 dpi is set on the lowest of my 5 settings.  Using the software, the "default" setting is in the middle (3 out of 5).  According to the documentation, returning from sleep mode should set it to my default, but it does not.  It works fine on computer startup, this only happens when coming back from sleep mode.

This is a User to User Forum. Logitech employees do respond sometimes, but you may get better results trying to call or email them.

We're reviewing how LGS behaves on return from sleep on some systems. Some systems it's fine, but in other systems, unintended behavior is occurring.

So I got the same problem since I got my g400 in middle of the summer, I was hoping that one time this problem will be solved by a software update, but still no. So please can u work on this problem and solve it finally?

Some additional information on my system configuration:

Windows 7 x64, latest LGS Version 8.20.74, G400 Mouse runs on a USB 3.0 port, on a Sony Vaio F-Series Laptop (so I suppose there is another usb sleep power management)

I have the same problem too, also with a G400 on Windows 7 x64, on a desktop computer with an MSI K9N Neo V3 mainboard.

The tough part is that isn't not steadily replicable on the QA systems, so I can't guarantee a fix in 8.30 (I'm not QA anyways, so I leave them to their own dark rituals of problem reproduction), but I can guarantee I'm annoying people with the issues I find posted here

I see this issue as well. When I resume from sleep my 'logon' screen is at the lowest DPI, but then when I log on, it's back to the default.
