G-series Gaming Mice

Hi,

my G5 mouse disconnect from my computer when the cord bend too much. This is a hardware problem because it did the same thing on three different computers and three different operating systems Windows Vista , Windows Seven and GNU/Linux. I would like to know how I can get it replaced, my mouse is still on warranty and I bought it on this website. Everything else works fine with that mouse.
